A PASSION FOR PROJECTS, PEOPLE,

A PASSION FOR PROJECTS, PEOPLE, AND THE ENVIRONMENT

The path of my over 15-years professional experience started with an apprenticeship as architectural draft woman, followed by a study in civil engineering. Later I worked as site supervisor and designer, I became a project manager with specializations in the fields of sustainability and mediation. That is the position I hold today, with true passion.

I am by nature independently minded and open to new things, never afraid to go my own way, and always on the lookout for better, more cutting-edge methods and solutions with a view to the future. My professional philosophy has grown around these traits and tendencies into what it is today: the conviction that the mark of every good project is effective project management with respect for both people and the environment.

ALWAYS KEEPING THE
BIG PICTURE IN VIEW

My forte is a clear vision of the results I aim to achieve. I gain an overall picture of a project, think in a larger scale, and see things through from start to finish. I thus see painstaking planning as one of the pillars for project success. At the same time, I get things moving, and when it comes to solving problems, I am highly ambitious and have a strong will to overcome obstacles. Large and complex construction projects are my favorite challenge.

When working with me as project manager, you can rely on clear communication. That means carefully listening and asking precise questions rather than interpreting. This way I end up getting reliable information from all parties involved, which enables us in turn to define and set your project goals with greater precision. I furthermore serve as professional intermediary in interactions with authorities, service providers, or employees, taking their concerns seriously, communicating openly, and finding solutions as needed.
